Kennedy Wilson’s Ian Goldsworthy joins Lloyds Bank’s commercial real estate listed team

Ian Goldsworthy, European managing director at Kennedy Wilson, has joined the listed client team in the commercial real estate division of Lloyds Bank.

Prior to his role at Kennedy Wilson, Goldsworthy was head of UK real estate at HSBC for four years until 2011. At HSBC, he oversaw its restructuring process and eventual refocus on origination

Richard Heath, head of listed clients for the commercial real estate origination team at Lloyds Bank, said: “Ian is one of the UK’s leading operators with more than 30 years’ experience.
