Ian Goldsworthy, European managing director at Kennedy Wilson, has joined the listed client team in the commercial real estate division of Lloyds Bank.
Goldsworthy joins as a director at Lloyds after more than three and a half years at Kennedy Wilson, with responsibility for for relationships with publicly listed property companies
Prior to his role at Kennedy Wilson, Goldsworthy was head of UK real estate at HSBC for four years until 2011. At HSBC, he oversaw its restructuring process and eventual refocus on origination
